The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind. FENTYA, in particular, went above and beyond: after I left my necklace in my old room and checked out, I texted the hotel’s WhatsApp and she promptly responded, checked the room, found the necklace, and arranged for it to be sent back to my hometown via JNE. The whole process was smooth and reliable—kudos and thanks.

The hotel staff were great. Security guard Ahmad was friendly and helpful, and the front‑desk woman with short hair was equally welcoming. I would have loved if the room window could open, but otherwise it was fine.
