I found the place right near Ubud’s centre and the breakfast that came with the stay was lovely, but the shower head didn’t work properly and a bird kept sneaking in and pooping on the bedding, making it a bit noisy.

It was nice, well‑maintained, with friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was served straight to the room; the pool was good, and it was close to the beach and restaurants, but there were loud early‑morning prayer calls that were high in volume.

The location and villa were great, and having a pharmacy and mini‑mart right in front of the property was so handy; the staff were lovely, but the air‑con in the bottom room wasn’t cold enough and the breakfast was just okay.

Breakfasts were great—large portions and very tasty—while the location was excellent, just a short walk to the town centre where a lot was happening, and another quick walk brought you straight onto the rice paddies.
