We were within walking distance of the Colosseum and the check‑in was smooth. We stayed in the Studio accommodation, which is a separate building from the main check‑in area; it’s about a 100‑metre walk around the corner. The room shows its age, but it didn’t bother us. The AC isn’t very strong, if that matters to you.

The building is stunning and the location lets you walk to many spots in Rome. The AC worked well, the shower had good pressure, and the airport transfer they arranged was on time for our early flight. However, the room looked older than the online photos and had a strong smell of rot or mold, which made me sick because I’m allergic. At about $800 for two nights, with no breakfast or other notable amenities, it felt very overpriced. The smell made the last two days of our honeymoon disappointing while I was already ill.

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom—no big luxuries but very good. I thought I had booked a hotel room, but it turned out to be an apartment adjacent to the hotel. The location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk to the Colosseum. At first I was a bit surprised by how old the building was, but afterwards we were very comfortable and independent.

The hotel really met all our expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and communicative, making contact with them very easy and enjoyable. Its location was a big plus, letting us reach the main sights conveniently. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the whole property left a very good impression. I definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again if we return to Rome!
