They refuse to accept online bookings. I had booked online, but when I arrived they denied me. With no other option, I ended up paying extra money and booking offline there instead.

When booking online for Hotel Krupa, the price shown made me think it was a good deal, but they only let you stay if you pay an extra amount; if you don't pay, they won't allow you to stay.
