“LO RECOMIENDO 100%”
The staff were friendly, the hotel was peaceful, and the views and sunset were beautiful. Everything was fine except the bathroom towels that smelled very bad.

The restaurant room looks nice and the sea view is obviously a plus. The bed is comfortable, though a second pillow per person would have added extra comfort. We chose this place partly because it’s linked to a dive centre, which was a real advantage for us. Unfortunately those positives were far outweighed by the overall experience. The food was extremely disappointing; we tried several local and international dishes and honestly found nothing good. The quality of ingredients, flavours and execution were far below what one expects from a hotel at this price point. After eating well throughout our trip in Indonesia, the contrast was striking. The hotel is also extremely noisy – road, restaurant, traffic around the property – not anyone’s fault, but the layout and location make it unavoidable, and it severely impacts comfort and the poor value for money. We were also let down by the reception and the lack of warmth from staff. Nothing specific happened, but interactions often felt cold and very transactional. The contrast with other places we stayed in Indonesia was stark, where hospitality had been a highlight. Our experience with the hotel’s dive centre reinforced this impression. Before we arrived, we naturally wanted to book our dives directly with them, as it would have been more convenient. My friend was doing her Open Water a few days before arrival and we simply asked for some flexibility: if she couldn’t dive, could we transfer all or part of the prepaid amount for her dives to my additional dives instead of losing the money? We were hotel guests. No flexibility was offered.

Directly on the beach with a view of Bali and Mount Agung, good food and cocktails, staff very friendly. Extremely noisy, you hear traffic loudly because the hotel sits on the main street. Dog poop and trash on the beach, very unpleasant.

Great vibes and location! Lovely staff. The live music on weekend nights can be a bit loud from our room when trying to sleep, but it ends by 10 PM so it’s not a huge issue.

The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach with a unique ambience, the restaurant is amazing and it also has its own dive centre, the rooms are very cozy and pretty. The room isolation is terrible, everything can be heard, we got a room facing a side street where there was a lot of noise at night and in the morning.
