The hotel excelled in location, cleanliness, and staff professionalism; we appreciated the upgrade and the outstanding service from the team, and everything else was excellent. Thank you to everyone for the kind upgrade and exceptional service. We truly value your hospitality, but I wish we had been asked whether we preferred a smoking or non‑smoking room when the upgrade was offered; we ended up in a smoking room, which had a noticeable smell despite the room being spacious and very clean.
