“Great apartment and location but unfortunately wifi wasn't available.”

The location is good, the value is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a washing machine with detergents, it’s spacious, and the living room has a great view. Wifi wasn’t available during my three‑night stay, so I couldn’t watch TV. When I first entered the apartment it was very hot; it took almost an hour for the temperature to regulate. The apartment is slightly over‑decorated with glass vessels in the living room.

The apartment is large and spacious, has an equipped kitchen, a pool, a gym, and is close to our needs. The service was faulty: we arrived late at night after a flight and there was no one to speak to, we didn’t know how to enter the apartment—no code was sent, and we had to rely on a guard who barely understood us until he helped. There was no cleaning service at all, and the bedroom had a very unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable. Communication with the owner was poor, there was no internet so the TVs didn’t work, and maintenance was bad—faucets were loose. The apartment fits only four people, not six; the kids slept on the sofa, which was very disappointing because no pillows or blankets were provided in advance. In the kitchen there aren’t enough outlets, so every time we had to juggle the microphone, kettle, and toaster and swap them.

“Prachtige penthouse met mooi uitzicht”

A gorgeous room on the 16th floor, complete with a washing machine and a lovely view; it’s close to the night market, though you’ll need transport to reach the historic centre.

The apartment was huge, with two large bedrooms and everything you could need. The online check‑in was scheduled for 14:00, but the room wasn’t fully cleaned until 16:00; we could only leave our luggage in the room at 15:00 while the cleaning continued. Only the bare minimum was tidied; the bathrooms looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days, with visible residue from previous guests. The couch and carpet were stained everywhere, and one person’s towels hadn’t been changed.
