The front garden was lovely, but parking proved a hassle.

Everything was great, but the parking signage could be better; we couldn't use it because a guest had parked at the entrance blocking the way, though there were nearby paid spots.

Everything! Time seems to stop here; the arrival feels magical as you step into a flower‑filled courtyard leading to the central staircase and reception. Inside, the décor feels like the 1960s with wood paneling and tapestries that set the mood. Cars park on the street in spots reserved for the hotel. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast was outstanding—gluten‑free guests get biscuits, bread, and cakes. Nothing to complain about.
