“Worse experience. Waisted money”

The front desk lobby associate was completely unfair and unhelpful; the staff at the front desk were very rude, refusing even a small question and a call or text request, making the experience worse.

“Hotel is good for ease of mobilization as well food and shopping”

The location is great for those who enjoy Indian cuisine and is close to Mustafa shopping centre, City Square Mall, with good bus and MRT connections, making it a convenient spot for mobility, buying souvenirs, daily items, electronics, money changers, bus sightseeing, and easy taxi access; the hotel itself is old but well maintained, though the surrounding area is a bit noisy, which is acceptable given the prime location.

“Memorable but not in a good way”

The location in Little India is interesting; the aircon worked in the room, bedding was clean and the mattress comfortable, but the place was grubby and grimy, Wi‑Fi didn't work, there was no double bed, water was on the bathroom floor, no bench or table for items, staff were absent when needed (e.g., checking in and out) and I had to call the emergency number to get their attention, and the phone in the room didn't work.
