1. The air‑conditioner has been broken for a long time, according to the hosts, only heating works. 2. Contrary to the advertisement, the property is not fully rented—part of it is used by hotel staff who come and go many times, even in the middle of the night. 3. There is no notice about privacy or service. The prices make these issues feel very unreasonable and a terrible value for the money.

We decided on a whim and found accommodation on a whim. We were just looking to escape the heat, and the guest house “Casablanca” helped us. We were welcomed late at night—owners waited, escorted, settled us, showed everything, and explained it all. The next morning they even came to greet us personally. The house is new, freshly renovated. The linens are clean and seem new. The mattresses, pillows, towels—all in excellent condition. The toilets sparkle, the toilet paper is white and multi‑layered. They even had slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste! The fridge is clean and working, the cooking area tidy, trash cans everywhere, no odors. The only wish is to have a screen on the door to ventilate without insects. The grounds are being set up; it’s clear everything is done carefully and thoughtfully. Wi‑Fi is fast. In the future it will be very beautiful. The lake is right across the road. The beach has sand and pebbles, the water entry is with pebbles, so bring a float. Good luck to the nice people. Thanks for the coziness, care, and cleanliness—it was unexpectedly pleasant.

“Wonderful hosts, great house, definitely recommended”

The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay; they were easy to reach for any questions and patiently showed me how to use the appliances. The house feels modern, cozy, spacious, and private, and the kitchen comes fully stocked, which makes cooking a breeze. I would definitely return and recommend it.
