This place seems to be a total scam - the pictures are completely misleading and there's no safety to speak of. The staff were super rude and it was clear they were understaffed, with only two or three people running the show. We paid 15k in advance and still haven't gotten a refund, despite promises that it would be returned. Can someone help us get our money back?

Honestly, there's nothing good to say about this place. The service was bad, it's out of the way from the centre, and it definitely didn't live up to the "villa resort" claim. I'd advise fellow travellers to steer clear and opt for a 4 or 5-star hotel instead.

The room was spotless and the staff were really helpful - that's about all I can say positively.

The staff and food here were pretty great, but accessibility was a real issue.

The view from here is really something special - you get to look out over the property and garden, which is a nice touch.
