They promised two separate rooms – a living room and a bedroom – yet we received a single combined room. The place was advertised for four people, but one of us had to lie on a short sofa that couldn’t be stretched, another had to use a single arched chair that was only 50 cm wide and too narrow, causing him to fall twice. The other two colleagues slept on the floor. I paid for breakfast, but we only got one juice and a small croissant.
