I liked the location, the bed, the shower, the view, and the coffee. I stayed in room 903, recently renovated, with a spectacular view, but the lighting needed improvement— I even had to use my phone’s light to apply lipstick. Another thing I didn’t like was the layout: the beds were positioned so they occupied part of the hallway that leads to the bathroom, and the desks and wardrobes were placed where the luggage should be, so my husband couldn’t pass through the suitcase. The room wasn’t small and had extra space near the window, so better planning could have helped. What upset me most was that the evening before our check‑out, in the late afternoon, after we returned from a tour and were taking a shower, we were resting when someone knocked on the door. I quickly answered, but the staff member opened the door from the outside. She could have been more patient and waited a bit longer, as she invaded our privacy.
