The property sits in a fantastic location; Tricia handled communication and entry smoothly and even recommended a great restaurant for dinner. It’s close to the tram that drops you straight into the city, and walking to the Vatican or a short stroll to Trevi is easy. They supplied a kettle for the morning, and the air‑con was already on when we arrived—a smart move since we’d just come by train from Naples on a warm day. The downside was the front room’s noise: sirens rang all night, the tram rattled by, and maybe some shutters outside would have helped cut the sound.
