“Estadia maravilhosa, esperamos retornar!”

The best part was the staff, especially a very attentive and friendly manager whose name I unfortunately forgot; she was kind to my family and especially to my kids. Breakfast was delicious and varied, definitely worth it. The location is wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous, full of mountain charm, and there’s a kids’ area. Since I stayed in the summer, I think air conditioning would have been more comfortable, but the room fans handled the heat just fine.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the location was strategic. The room lacked a mini‑fridge for cold drinks, which would have been useful given the heat. Near the hotel there’s a venue that hosts outdoor music evenings, which can be a problem for those who want to go to bed early.

The location of the property is great, and the staff are extremely polite and always ready to welcome guests with respect. My partner and I stayed only one night, but we were satisfied. I recommend the place for its fantastic staff. I didn’t have enough time to evaluate it 100 % – just a weekend.
