Good value and very close to tubes, and nothing else to note.

The location is great, always staying in this area, with the metro very close and good breakfast options. I was in room 211 next to the green line district, and the train noise every minute was terrible. The mattress was awful, so I couldn't sleep; I even turned over hoping it would improve. The price I paid didn't justify it because there are other options right next door like Concept Hotel and many more.

It is well located and I have stayed here many times, but the room I was in had bed bugs crawling on the wall and the furniture near the bed. They moved me to a new room that seemed uninfested, but I couldn't be sure. They didn't seem surprised when I mentioned bed bugs and denied that it had happened before, even though there was anti-bed powder in the crevices behind the bed. No refund was offered even though the room cost £142. Having stayed here before, I will have to avoid it for now.

Never stay here, especially if you are a solo female traveler. The management completely took advantage of my situation and targeted me with their worst, most unacceptable room because I was traveling alone. Upon check‑in, I was assigned Room 008, a basement room. The room was a biohazard—the air conditioning unit was clogged with a thick layer of toxic dust, and the entire space reeked of severe mold. Because of this hazardous environment, I suffered an acute, severe allergic reaction and had to visit a clinic in London. The doctor officially confirmed that my severe symptoms were directly caused by the room's terrible sanitary conditions. To make matters worse, the customer service was utterly predatory. They rejected my reasonable refund claim for the nights my health was compromised. Instead of helping, they tried to silence me by offering "compensation points" that expired on the exact same day the email was sent, forcing me into an impossible, insulting deadline. Neither this hotel nor the booking platform will protect you when things go wrong. If you book this hotel and are unfortunately assigned to Room 008 (or any basement room), refuse it immediately. Otherwise, your health will be severely compromised, your holiday will be ruined, and you will end up fighting a stressful, losing battle against hostile management and a useless booking platform. I have already officially submitted my photographs and medical reports to the UK Environmental Health Department (Kensington and Chelsea Council) and Trading Standards for safety and consumer law violations. International travelers, please protect your health, your money, and your safety—stay far away from this property.
