“The worst night i have ever had”

We landed at London Airport at 20:30 local time and immediately tried to contact the property using the out-of-hours phone number they explicitly provided for evening check-ins. Despite making multiple phone calls and leaving messages, nobody answered or returned our calls. Despite this, we physically drove to the hotel address listed on our reservation. We arrived at the property, but nobody answered our calls, nobody opened the doors, and there was no one available to let us into the hotel. We were forced to sit outside the property for approximately an hour, waiting and hoping that someone would eventually arrive and open the doors. No one came

“Forse meglio in estate”

The room is small but the bathroom is large and decorated in a cottage style. The welcome kit includes a toothbrush, slippers and various toiletries, though everything is plastic – good for the detergent bottles. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were very friendly (the receptionist was super helpful in providing what we needed for our child’s night). However, there were renovation works in the garden that made the place look less characterful and well‑kept, almost neglected. Our room was next to the kitchen with no proper divider, so it was visible. The exteriors were a bit untidy (an empty cup and a beer cap were left on the table outside our room). In the morning I had to send a message to ask for the heating to be turned on at 6.45. The water temperature in the bathroom was uncomfortably lukewarm. For the price paid, I wouldn’t return.

The location is great and very dog friendly, but the rooms and beds were a little small.

“Favoloso”

Tipica struttura delle Cotswolds Ambienti in stile e pulitissimi Ampio parcheggio Ottima colazione come pure la cena,pietanze curate e abbondanti! Consiglio di prenotare per il pasto serale in quanto il pub è molto frequentato! Se noleggiate l’auto,munitevi di utilitarie piccole per le strade abbastanza strette
