The hotel sits in a fairly convenient spot for sightseeing, though it’s tucked between many buildings on the street and lacks clear signage, so better directions would help. The rooms looked nice, but we booked two rooms for six people and discovered they were both double rooms; they eventually gave us one double and one triple, which at least let half the group sleep. The double with a balcony had such thin glass that traffic noise made it feel like we were on the street, while the triple faced a quieter inner courtyard. We didn’t try the regular breakfast because it started too late for our early‑morning plans, so we settled for a simple box with plain sandwiches, jam and a packaged biscuit. The breakfast box arrived too late for those wanting to explore or go on a hike, and the box itself was rather meagre; the balcony room’s traffic noise was truly unbearable.
