I was disappointed because the photos on the site were outdated, the pool was broken, the wooden fixtures were still not fixed, and the rooms were in poor condition. Communication was terrible; when I tried to cancel, they didn’t respond. After following up ten days later, I finally got a reply, but only after they had changed the listing. The pictures were from when the hotel was new, not the current state.
