The place is great, close to many restaurants and bars and the Vaporetto stop. A short walk to San Marco square and the Basilica makes it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. A small fridge would have been useful to keep drinks on the balcony, and I had medication I couldn’t store, so I had to buy ice. The shower was full of mould and needed a thorough clean.

The spot is great because it’s close to the boat taxi, the place is clean with good air‑con, and there’s a patio surrounded by greenery. However, construction noise started at 2am and ruined our sleep, which was a problem for our short stay.
