We really liked the apartment; it met our expectations well. I did find the towel situation lacking – they only ever provided one towel, even though we were a couple – and the rug was always missing. Another gripe was breakfast: yogurt was absent, and the lady in charge said she’d requested it but it hadn’t arrived yet. The toaster should be swapped for a sandwich grill; the current one doesn’t work for sandwiches.

Excellent hotel flat with spacious apartments, a living area with sofa, fridge, microwave, electric kettle. Beds have excellent comfort mattresses. Some apartments have a balcony. Great value for money. It’s in a very quiet area, near Paulista Avenue and other points of interest. The place is very clean and the breakfast is plentiful. There’s a pool, sauna, a mini squash court, and a small gym behind the hotel.

The location is excellent and our apartment was brand new, renovated. Breakfast was also very good.
