The staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom facilities were sub‑standard: the hairdryer was very old (I had to request it), there were no hand or face towels, the toilet paper quality was poor, and the curtains were not even ironed.

“Average property but super excellent staff”

The staff were excellent—this is the only reason I might return. The spa was amazing, especially the massage by Nguri, the best I've had. However, the rooms were in bad shape and the duty manager had to move us to a better room to make us comfortable. The internet was terrible, the TV never worked, and the food seemed recycled from the previous day, whether at breakfast or dinner; the buffet, though inexpensive, was unappealing. The bathrooms lacked human‑factor design: taps and tissue rolls were placed without regard to usability, there were no towel napkins, and the tissue box stayed wet in the cramped counter. It lacked the look and feel of Radisson.
