Wish it had lasted longer, but we arrived late and left early the next morning; breakfast was amazing, the bed and room were comfortable and felt more like home than a BnB, which was very relaxing.

Family‑run structure in a typical Scottish house. Furniture is not brand‑new but the room is still comfortable and clean. The welcome kit with bottled water and biscuits, plus the usual coffee and tea, was good. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the traditional breakfast is prepared on the spot, good quality but a bit limited in fruit and drinks. The house enjoys a quiet, great location with sea view, a little off‑center from the town center. The internal parking is convenient (limited spaces) and there is plenty of free street parking. Wi‑Fi is good. I don’t particularly like the carpet, which I understand may keep rooms warmer in colder seasons, but I personally think it can trap dirt and microorganisms despite all efforts to keep it clean.

We really liked it. The breakfast was very fine. The room had everything you need and was very clean. The family was very nice and helpful. Nothing else to mention. :-)

Great hosts, very welcoming to us and our dog. Excellent breakfast. Overall a nice hotel. Would definitely book again.

The hosts were very welcoming and smiling, and Anton did a great job with the breakfast. The view from the room was superb, and there was nothing negative.
