The location was convenient and the reception staff were polite when I arrived, and the hotel itself was generally comfortable, but the parking experience seriously ruined my stay: when I got there the entrance was blocked by cars and there was no valet or staff outside to help; I had to leave my car away from the entrance, go inside, and hand the key to reception after I’d asked them to park it properly. The next day I discovered I’d received a traffic ticket because my car had been left on the main street, and the hotel staff didn’t move it to a proper parking spot as I’d requested, which was frustrating and showed a lack of responsibility.

I liked how clean and quiet the room was. The breakfast lady was especially kind and helpful—thanks to the best crew in the hotel; she made a difference with her hospitality. The internet wasn’t good in some rooms.

“Super Hotel mit tollem Personal für ein paar Nächte in Adana”

The place was easy to locate and reachable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were unhappy with the smell in our room, but they swapped it immediately. Breakfast was great, everything we needed was there and the staff always refilled tea. Very attentive and nice. The odor in the room was somewhat unpleasant, and I think all rooms were smoked in, even the non‑smoking ones. Still, it was nice that our room was changed right away, even though the smell was still a bit present.
