The hosts were lovely, the room nice, and the spot near Tavistock convenient; I was spoiled with treats like cakes that were replenished daily, though I gained 3 pounds and will definitely stay again. A bigger TV would help my poor eyesight and a fridge would be nice, but it’s not a deal‑breaker.

The location was fantastic, the views were breathtaking, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and Wendy and Peter made great hosts; I would highly recommend this place.

The room was spacious, bright, and looked out onto the lovely garden just outside Tavistock; Wendy and Peter are superhosts, the continental breakfast was wonderful, and they gave excellent tips for a walk with pub lunch and diners.
