The location was fine, but the cockroach infestation was unbearable. I had to clear them out of every bag, and I even posted pictures and videos on social media of them crawling through our clothes. It was sickening and gross, and the staff showed no concern, just attitude when I mentioned it. I would strongly advise against staying here for health and safety. I woke up to find a cockroach on my toothbrush.

The place is well‑situated and the staff are very friendly. The bathroom had a few cosmetic flaws, though.

The room was great and the price was even better. It was very comfortable, and having a kitchen was a nice bonus.

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of hot and cold options—scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, juices, and great Community Coffee. Everything was beautifully presented, the breakfast room was spotless, and the hotel itself was immaculate. The front desk, food service staff, housekeeping, and doormen were all very nice, helpful, and made the stay memorable.

Everything was excellent. Front desk clerk was awesome. She went above and beyond her duties (Ms. Southern University) This is the only place I will stay when visiting New Orleans
