The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the location was great. Caterina from the restaurant was very friendly, gave us plenty of useful tips for our visit, and you could see how much she loves Naples. She truly made the day start wonderfully with her smile and kindness.

The location felt safe. The decor in our rooms was terrible, and the bathroom looked dated.

Everything was perfect! The location was fabulous and the breakfast great. Caterina at the restaurant is incredible – happy, kind, and she gave me amazing tips for Naples. She literally set up my day trips every morning – she’s wonderful. I got a room upgrade on arrival. The room was fantastic. I’ll book this hotel again 100 percent on my next trip. Nothing to complain about.

I really liked the location and the security of the property. The room had a vintage style that I enjoyed. Caterina was amazing, and during breakfast she shared a few historic facts about the gallery.
