The location is good, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the value for money is solid. However, the bathroom door was missing, so we couldn’t use the appliances; only the fridge and microwave were available, and there weren’t enough utensils to actually use them.

I’d love to come back to this gorgeous city as soon as possible. Nothing to complain about.

The spot is great—just a short walk to Como and the lake. The place is huge and the facilities are fantastic. The host’s communication was amazing!

The location is super central, only 5‑10 minutes to the city centre, cathedral, and pedestrian zone. There are also breakfast spots and restaurants nearby. The room access was perfectly explained and described.

The communication was overly excessive and sometimes intrusive and annoying, with too many messages even a week in advance. The check‑in process was cumbersome, and the videos showing the way to the accommodation were low quality. However, answers to questions were provided very quickly.
