The property was okay, but the TV wasn’t working and took about 40 minutes to fix. There was no kettle in the room; housekeeping brought four different kettles until they found one that worked, and that one was faulty because you couldn’t close the lid, wasting a lot of my time (90 min) to get trivial things somewhat sorted!

We always stay here near our family; we’ve had better stays but no issues… one room had a safe, the other didn’t; the room fridges need updating and didn’t work; food was lovely but if you’re at the buffet late it can be cold… they made us fresh chai when needed.

Breakfast was decent but could offer more variety; the constant loud music from nearby parties made it hard to relax, which would bother anyone looking for peace.

The room was filthy and the bed was uncomfortable; I had to leave because of the extra bed’s discomfort and I am now awaiting a refund.
