I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property was clearly under construction, but this wasn't mentioned anywhere before booking. When I arrived, my room was dirty and smelled bad, with no towels, toiletries, or phone - I had to keep going to the front desk for everything. To make matters worse, they had stopped serving breakfast without updating their website, and we had to request some billing adjustments.
“Disappointing”
The only redeeming quality of my stay was the hotel's location, but that was overshadowed by several issues. When I checked in, I had to wait for someone to attend to me at the front desk, which was a slow start. My room was also in a rough state, with exposed ceiling and wiring in the bathroom, which I was told was due to ongoing renovations - but it felt excessive. The experience was made even more unsettling when someone walked into my room without knocking and left towels on the sink.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a complete letdown. Everything that could have gone wrong did, and I was left thoroughly unimpressed.
