“A lot of DEFECTS”

There are multiple problems that need fixing: junk is scattered around the lobby entrance; the room door is hard to close because it’s misaligned and sagging; the sink is clogged and doesn’t drain; the walls are dirty and need cleaning; one switch socket is broken; the bedside lamp isn’t working; and the bathroom ceiling is in very poor condition and needs repair. Please have these issues inspected and corrected promptly.

“It was a great ROOM just the noisyness from employees not acceptable”

The room was super good and comfortable, and the location was superb, close by to convienient stores and easy to get food to eat. Will definately choose again. The housekeeping team on the floor was very noisy, shouting at each other asking to open the door of another room and instructing another staff what to do very loud. I booked late check-out till 4pm because i was awake till 5am, but the noise from the employee made me cant sleep and feel my late check-out payment was wasted

Surrounding facilities and shops. Inform staff ada used towel from previous guest inside bathroom. TV cuma ada 1 channel shj Katil keras terasa besi bila baring
