Great location and staff. Very clean. Good breakfast!. Street noise is audible from the room but it really quiets down at night so I was able to sleep well

I stayed at Little Garden Guest House and it was fantastic! The owner was very helpful and even took us on a small tour around the City Palace, which I highly recommend. Breakfast was fresh and served daily, and I’d definitely come back.

Little Garden was a pleasure to stay in. The room was spacious and well designed, and the rooftop offered a stunning view of the City Palace. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

Staying at Akshay’s guest house felt like a home away from home while in Udaipur. The property has been in his family for 7+ generations, and you can sense the pride and care in welcoming guests and showcasing local history and culture. The rooms are delightful, each one different, and every detail is chosen carefully and tastefully. Modern/western comforts are included and the whole place is spotless. The staff are welcoming and warm, doing everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay. Akshay was incredible—I needed clothes for a wedding, and he immediately connected me with a top‑quality tailor, then also took me around town on his motorbike to find some nice leather shoes. He treated me to lunch and showed me daal baati, a classic Rajasthani dish. If you’re deciding between this and a typical hotel, this wins by a factor of 1000. A very minor issue: some seating on the rooftop would be nice, and a canvas or similar shade would turn it into a great spot to hang out and enjoy the palace views.
