The parking is secure and the sound insulation is great, but there is no air conditioning. Why aren’t there external blinds or shutters on the windows? That would prevent the rooms facing east from overheating in the morning. An interior curtain does nothing for darkness or thermal insulation. That is the only major flaw and a surprising design mistake given the ecological transition vibe.
