The Motel was great, and the staff were very nice to see you, yet we lost power in the middle of the night and things got worse.

Nothing was positive, but we booked two beds and didn’t get them; I called staff about a left bag and had to threaten a police report before it magically appeared after they said they looked everywhere possible.
