Clean, has bath, friendly staff, good location, heating works well, good size rooms. No breakfast. No water.

The place was filthy, roaches everywhere, and the shower was completely broken.

The spot was great.

The room was a mess: dust everywhere, stained sheets and towels, a broken blind that wouldn’t open, and the window itself was filthy. On top of that, it was noisy, with cleaners banging on the walls all night.

The toilet was a nightmare—always clogged, filthy, and the towels and sheets were stained. When I complained, the staff didn’t help at all, and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out.
