The room was huge, clean, and beautifully located. There’s a ATM and many restaurants nearby. Great value for money. The adjacent hotel lets you rent a pool space. There’s a water cooler on the floor. The staff were polite. The omelettes at breakfast were good.

The staff were great, breakfasts were good, the location is excellent, and the bed is comfortable. Lizard noises at night are a bit of a nuisance to get used to.

The hotel may not be as glorious as it once was, but it’s still kept in good shape. It’s within walking distance of Lion’s Rock and other viewpoints, and there are restaurants, an ATM, and souvenir shops right in front of the building. The breakfast was the best we had on the trip, and the staff were very friendly and helpful—especially Rumesh, who organized our activities for us. The activity packages aren’t overpriced either. The only downside is that the place feels a bit old, particularly the restaurant, but overall it’s comfortable and pleasant.

Spacious rooms, excellent and abundant breakfast, the boy who runs the place is kind and helpful, great location to visit Lion Rock, and 100 m from great restaurants. I suggest adding blackout curtains in the rooms to prevent too much light from coming in already at 6 am.
