I didn’t stay on site. The photos showed a bathtub inside the chalet, but when I got there the bathtub was in the courtyard. It was raining and cold, so I left because it wasn’t what I had chosen and I wasn’t refunded. I travelled 150 km for this disappointment.

The cleaning was good, the cabin was nice, and the wooded location was great. The service fell short; for the price of the stay I expected more attentiveness. I asked for towels and a little sugar, but nothing was brought. Nothing was delivered to the cabin either. I also asked to check in a bit earlier, but that was denied. Everything else was fine.
