Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection by IHG

The staff and management delivered outstanding service, and every concern was handled by team members who went above and beyond, leaving me completely satisfied.

The staff were unfriendly and extremely slow in responding to requests. We often had to call three or four times before anyone answered the phone, and even then, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive the assistance we needed. We also requested a late check-out, but the hotel was only willing to accommodate us for an additional hour, claiming that the property was fully booked. However, this did not appear to be the case, which made the explanation difficult to accept. Overall, the level of service was disappointing and fell well below our expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be choosing this hotel again

“nice and excellent trip”

The staff were friendly and cooperative, rooms were clean, but the breakfast did not meet my expectations.

“в целом не плохо, но по жаркой погоде добираться до местных достопримечательностях только на такси.”

The restaurant staff were great—highly recommended! However, on my birthday, September 7, the hotel offered no congratulations in words or compliments, and when I asked for a vase for flowers, I never received one.

The facilities were excellent, the location superb, and the staff were very friendly and cooperative, with no issues to report.
