Arrived with a kid, no one answered the door, phone calls went unanswered. After an hour the host finally called, saying they were in the bath and hadn’t heard their phones. I had to scramble for another place, everyone else was booked, then had to cancel and risk a no‑show fee. Stressful, no communication, rude response – not recommended.

The hosts were super friendly, the house is cozy, just a 5‑minute walk to the center, perched high with a great view of Pirin. They even serve breakfast and homemade mountain tea. The mehana is great for celebrations. A lovely stay.

Rustic and typical of the area, the place is pretty. The Bulgarian family were very welcoming, and the apartment has a fridge and washing machine. The downside? The bathroom is poorly ventilated.

Hosts were lovely and warm, even made us homemade breakfast. The room was clean, cosy, and warm. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

The house was nice, warm, with a fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even picked us up from the station and took us to the elevator for Bezbog peak. A pleasant stay.
