Great location, price, room and staff! The restaurant underneath is a massive plus, all you need after all day exploring is to check in and drop downstairs for a snack before bed

Sehr stimmungsvoller Pub, der eine handvoll süße, authentische Zimmer hat. Befindet sich direkt am Hafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends wurde im Pub Livemusik gespielt. Es ist ein typisches älteres Haus, dass entsprechend hellhörig sein kann und die Treppe könnte bei Mobilitätseinschränkungen ein Problem sein

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and cozy, and the tea/coffee facilities were a real bonus; the food was amazing, especially the fish, lobster, and crab on the menu. Our small dog was also taken care of, so he was happy. I highly recommend the Anchor Hotel. The only minor issue was the spiral staircase, which felt a bit awkward for us in our 80s, but the staff helped with our travel bags.
