The spot is great, very close to the airport and the surrounding facilities are decent, with staff being very friendly. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the drain cover was left off.

I had a great stay at this hotel - the room was huge with a big bathtub, the cleaning staff were super friendly and thorough, and the gym was good. Plus, the location is awesome, right by Hongqiao airport and train station, and there are tons of places to eat and shop nearby. I also got a room upgrade, a free minibar, and the staff spoke great English. My only gripes are that the checkout took a bit of time and the breakfast hours could've been longer.

This hotel was decent value for the price, but the room was pretty basic and the duvet cover was way too heavy for a summer night - I ended up tossing and turning all night. The room itself was adequate, but nothing special. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I've had better experiences elsewhere.

The hotel staff were super friendly throughout my 7-day stay, which made a big difference. I'd definitely recommend this place for a future visit. The hospitality was top-notch, and it felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
