The location was perfect, and we even got a Gipferl and coffee at breakfast even though we booked without breakfast; the beds were a bit awkwardly positioned, requiring some flexibility to get into bed unscathed, so I’d give it a 7.0/10.

The place was well‑located with contemporary architecture that felt like a time trip, and David was extremely attentive, but there was a leak from the ceiling right above the bed, the on‑call staff made no effort to fix it, and we slept with the fear of water dripping from the apartment above, scoring it 5.0/10.
