The staff were kind, the location was excellent, the room rate was good, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean, yet the air conditioning didn’t work well so the room stayed hot at 27 °C and humid, and my hand‑washed socks took two and a half days to dry on the laundry line.

The hotel is close to the MRT station, there’s a bus stop in front of the building, the area is convenient, there’s a convenience store under the hotel, and many restaurants and cafés nearby; the breakfast was mostly not to Thai taste because it was mainly Chinese, but it could be adjusted; basic dishes like boiled eggs, fried dough sticks, soy milk, and coffee were offered, and if you’re not serious it can be considered a decent first meal.

The price was cheap and the cleanliness was decent, so the value for money was good. The built‑in hair dryer in the room was broken, but the front desk replaced it with a new one. The front desk staff used a translation device to communicate, which helped a lot. When I was having trouble using the DIDI app, the front desk called a taxi for me, which I really appreciated. Thank you! On the downside, the breakfast had many unfamiliar local items and the variety was limited, which was disappointing. The seating area was very small, so when I asked if I could eat in my room, they said “yes” and I ate breakfast in my room. I’ll give the breakfast a minus 2, but otherwise I was satisfied. Thank you!
