The location was solid, the rooftop bar was great but the food menu could be wider, the staff were outstanding, and the room was in good shape. However, the A/C in the room was disappointing—either off, stuck at a set temperature, or set to heat; the bedroom TV didn’t work, and there was a lot of outside noise early in the morning.

The place was in a good spot, and the staff accommodated tandem bicycle storage, which was essential for those starting the Ohio Erie Trail. Breakfast service was excellent, the vibe was friendly yet elegant, traffic in front of the hotel was minimal and well‑managed, giving a neighborhood feel, and there was easy access to many downtown venues. Cinci is well equipped to handle large gatherings. The only downside was the lumpy pull‑out mattress on the room sofa—why can’t manufacturers make something better?!

The mattress on the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on, so I ended up trying to sleep on the couch, which was also uncomfortable.

I went to the rooftop party for the 50th fireworks anniversary, the view was amazing, and I had a spectacular time! The only drawback was that there was just one set of elevators, but that wasn’t a big deal.
