The room was fine, we slept comfortably and cozily. They told us one location, then another, and finally a third where we actually slept, all at 3 am, which made us question what they were telling us; it was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was tasty but scanty.

The Ha Giang Loop with Bibis was absolutely incredible, definitely the best company to go with!!! Our guide was Hu, the best guide ever, kind and caring, and my driver was Zin, the best driver ever, also kind and caring. The tour was perfect and nothing could have made it more perfect.

Amazing experience with the Ha Giant Loop I did with them; it was simply unique and unforgettable. Comfortable, hot water, clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. No proper bed sheet, so I had a little cold during the night but was fine for the rest of the stay on the loop.
