“By Far the Best Spot in Dumaguete. Clean and Gorgeous.”
The staff were amazing and clearly proud of the hotel, helping many times with a genuine smile. Guia was especially helpful, always present and solving problems before we even noticed them. We loved everything: Giardino Pacifico’s gorgeous gardens and awesome pool, the restaurant with its Italian chef who has a keen eye for detail, and the overall experience. Some might say it’s “far” from the city, but it’s only about 15 traffic‑free minutes from downtown, and the serenity of the hotel makes it more than worth it.
