The beds were comfortable, and the room had a fridge and kettle; the central location in The Hague is handy. The AC and ventilation kept humming all night and couldn’t be turned off, the TV was unreliable, breakfast was decent but the bread wasn’t refilled properly, and the scrambled eggs were lukewarm or cold.

The location is very central yet not noisy. The room was quite spacious, with a fridge and iron. Breakfast was fine, a bit more variety would have helped. The lobby feels a little shabby, the hotel bar isn’t very welcoming, and there’s only one elevator for six floors.

The location is excellent, right in the shopping area, and checking in and out was very easy.

The position is good, the room comfortable, and you can choose when cleaning happens. The room had a fridge and a microwave oven. The air conditioning automatically turns on when you leave and return to the room.
