The young lady at the front desk was so nice and understanding. The room smelt awful had no towels for almost two hours found an airbnb for the same price two minutes away after waiting in the parking lot for 4 hours and not talking to a single worker also after standing the waiting room repeatedly with several other guest the manager was rude and of no help

It was close to sand mountain. The staff was extremely rude. Had I not booked on this website and already paid I would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Got there 5 mins before check in. She made me wait. Then when 3:00 come around she had the worst additude like she hated her job and it was an inconvenience I was checking in. The room was filthy. The shower was clogged. There was used soap bars left by the sink. The sheets had stains. The pillows were flat. The pool was not open

I never got the room; the payment never went through and they refused to give me a key, effectively stealing my money. I called while I was there and they never sorted it out.
