The building isn’t brand‑new but it’s very clean and quiet. A convenience store is nearby and it’s very convenient. There is no parking, but when I asked the owner she kindly pointed me to a nearby parking lot.

It’s a residential area, but the facilities are clean and it’s only a 5‑minute walk to Gwangalli Beach, which was great. There are many good restaurants right next to it and I could walk to Minrak Market too! The room was warmed up in advance so I could feel warm as soon as I entered. The owner lives on the upper floor, so I could ask for help right away if needed, which is convenient. I needed two more chairs, but they were prepared in advance, thank you. The only downside was that there was no claw, which was disappointing.

The owner is friendly and the interior is clean. It’s only about a 4‑minute walk to the beach, so it feels like a good value. If I go to Busan again, I’ll stay here again. I was a group of six, but there were only four chairs, so we ate on the floor. It would be nice to have a couple more chairs in the room, but since the usual capacity is five, it wasn’t a big issue.
