“Nice clean and smooth”
I was impressed by how spotless the place was, and honestly, everything else was fine.

The staff were friendly, but the lobby and hallways had a strange wet animal odor that lingered.

The hotel was impeccably clean and every employee we met was very pleasant, though the absence of elevators was the only drawback.

The property felt nice and the staff were kind; we especially enjoyed the restaurant and bar, but the noise from people walking and running water above us was constant, and the pool was dirty.

Parking was close and secure, and the night staff were excellent when we arrived, yet I felt the overall experience fell a bit short of the high praise in other reviews.
